Wen Top 5 CEX Listing?

Is this dog coin about to have its day? MemeFi project Baby Doge Coin announced that a “top 5” Centralized Exchange (CEX) will be listing $BabyDoge soon.

“BREAKING NEWS: A top 5 exchange will be listing #BabyDoge next week ! Can you guess which!?” Baby Doge tweeted, drawing speculation from followers and generating an immediate spike in the token’s price.

Of course, the world's largest crypto exchange Binance was the most popular guess from followers, but there are other possibilities.

According to CoinMarketCap, Baby Doge is currently listed on three of its top 10 CEXes, including OKX, Bybit and Gate.io.

The top five CEXes on CoinMarketCap are:

1. Binance
2. Coinbase
3. Kraken
4. KuCoin
5. Bitfinex.

Typically, memecoin projects rely on community enthusiasm and pump on news like Elon Musk tweet’s and CEX listings, and Baby Doge has certainly seen its share of that. However, with a growing Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem on BNB Chain, the MemeFi project continues to demonstrate there is actual substance to the adorable little puppy.

Baby Doge Swap recently surpassed the $75 million mark in Total Value Locked, a level it last saw in February, according to DefiLlama, and it currently is the 11th ranked protocol in terms of TVL on BNB Chain, posting an impressive growth rate of 36% in the last 30 days.

Baby Doge Swap’s seven-day volume of $2.8 million puts it in 15th place among Decentralized Exchanges (DEXes) on BNB Chain.
