Binance CEO CZ Appears in MasterClass Crypto Course

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) is featured in a new series from MasterClass on cryptocurrencies and Web3.

The online learning platform known for featuring celebrities and high performers as featured educators is now stepping into the blockchain revolution. The class, entitled “Crypto and the Blockchain,” is not for experts but is looking to educate newcomers.

“Throughout our human history, every time we can increase the freedom of something without sacrificing other aspects — security, ease of use, fees, etc. — our civilization advances.” — CZ is quoted in MasterClass.

The course features 18 lessons and other instructors from groups like Coinbase and a16z. To take the course, users must become an annual member of MasterClass for around $15 a month.

“There are new business models that can be built using this new technology, which you cannot build using the old financial system,” CZ says in the MasterClass.
