PancakeSwap Integrates bStocks to Enable On-Chain Trading of US Equities

PancakeSwap lists Binance's bStocks, letting eligible users trade 1:1-backed tokenized US equities including Nvidia, Tesla, and Circle directly on BNB Chain with 24/7 liquidity and zero conversion fees.

PancakeSwap Integrates bStocks to Enable On-Chain Trading of US Equities

How bStocks Work

Binance Exchange has announced the admission to trading of bStocks, fully-backed tokenized securities representing select U.S. stocks issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate. @PancakeSwap, the leading decentralised exchange on @BNBCHAIN, has officially listed the tokens, giving users a direct route to trade 1:1-backed U.S. equities on-chain.

bStocks are 1:1-backed tokenised U.S. securities issued as BEP-20 tokens on BNB Chain, with every token representing a digital stake in a real-world share held by a regulated custodian. Users who hold the underlying equities through Binance's brokerage platform can convert at a 1:1 ratio into corresponding bStock tokens and switch back without lock-up periods, minimum holding requirements, or conversion fees.

The first bStocks listings are Circle Internet Group ($CRCL), Micron Technology ($MU), NVIDIA ($NVDA), Sandisk ($SNDK), and Tesla ($TSLA). SpaceX is planned for trading, pending its public listing on Nasdaq, with additional bStocks to be announced progressively.

The launch follows regulatory approval of the issuer's prospectuses by the Abu Dhabi Global Market's Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The tokens are issued by BTech Holdings Limited and represent rights tied to the underlying securities without conferring direct share ownership in the listed companies.

24/7 Liquidity and DeFi Access

Key features include 24/7 liquidity, near-instant settlement powered by BNB Chain's fast finality mechanism, and zero conversion fees. Corporate actions such as stock splits and dividend-related adjustments are processed automatically, helping users maintain continuous exposure without manual intervention.

Beyond simple trading, the integration with @PancakeSwap opens the door to DeFi composability. Tokenised equities can be used in decentralised finance protocols for collateralised lending, liquidity provision, and yield strategies. Users can also withdraw bStocks to Trust Wallet, Binance Wallet, hardware wallets, or other compatible addresses.

Binance co-CEO Richard Teng framed the product as part of a broader mission: "bStocks are the next step in that evolution, bringing real-world assets on-chain while giving users greater portability and self-custody."

The move arrives as competition in the tokenised equities space intensifies. Kraken's affiliated entity has opened tokenised US IPO allocations across more than 100 countries through its xStocks framework. The New York Stock Exchange has also filed a proposal that would allow eligible tokenised securities to trade alongside conventional shares under the same ticker symbols, rights, and privileges.
