The NFT project airdrops a custom-made banner to its holders.
Giving a platform for South East Asian artists to showcase their work has been one of the goals of Aswang Tribe, a Filipino NFT project on the Ethereum chain. The NFT banner airdrop was accompanied by a short interview with the artist through a Twitter thread on Aug. 10.
“In line with @AswangTribe's mission to support creatives and promote Filipino culture in web3, we will be launching ASWANG TRIBE COLLABS,” the project team announced. “[It is] a series of NFT banner airdrops that puts the spotlight on talented independent artists from the Philippines and Southeast Asia.”
Here are the details:
“I started doing NFT around mid 2021. At that time I was still a person who practiced drawing. I'm actually a veterinarian haha, but I spend my free time creating NFTs because I like the independence of it,” GiantCatz said in the Aswang Tribe’s interview.
Check out GiantCatz’s collection on OpenSea, or grab yourself an Aswang NFT to be eligible for the next round of airdrops.
