2FA Launch Timed to $ITLG Token Generation Event

@inter_link is set to activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for all users next week, adding a mandatory security layer to accounts as the platform moves closer to its $ITLG Token Generation Event (TGE). Users will be required to verify account access through either an authenticator app or SMS before the TGE proceeds.

The timing is deliberate. With mined $ITLG balances on the line, the project wants every account locked down before tokens become transferable. Users are also being asked to update their registered email addresses now, since account recovery and ongoing access to the SocialFi ecosystem will depend on having a current email on file.

Why 2FA Matters for Crypto Users

InterLink is a human-centric blockchain project building what it describes as the world's largest verified human network, using $ITLG as its utility and governance token. Its Proof of Personhood consensus mechanism is designed to ensure only verified humans can participate in mining, governance, and network validation, eliminating bot manipulation and fake accounts.
