Pi Ventures-Backed CiDi Games Adds Four New Games

CiDi Games, a Pi Network Ventures portfolio company, has expanded its game library with four new titles for Pioneers: Coin Whack, Fruit Stack, Gemnova, and RainbowCubes, adding to the platform's growing slate of Pi-native content.

CiDi Games launched its beta app in the Pi ecosystem on May 14, introducing an instant-access HTML5 gaming platform available through the Pi Browser. The beta launched with 10 initial games across casual, puzzle, idle, action, and competitive categories, along with skill-based tournaments, platform progression through CiDiScore, the Pi ELF companion experience, and developer infrastructure for Pi-integrated games.

In less than one week after launch, CiDi Games organically attracted over 81,000 Pioneers across 160 countries and regions. The figures also include over 1.2 million game sessions, more than 21,000 tournament participants, and approximately 3.19 million $PI staked within the platform.

A Platform Built for Developers, Not Just Players

CiDi Games gives Pioneers a new way to use Pi through gaming, while also extending the Pi ecosystem with infrastructure that can support more games and developers over time. The platform is building APIs, social layers, and back-end systems that allow third-party developers to integrate Pi-based interactions into their own titles.

Pi Network Ventures is a $100 million fund targeting startups and businesses building on Pi Network infrastructure across gaming, AI, fintech, and e-commerce. The investment in CiDi Games aligns with the fund's mandate of backing teams with proven experience in game development and platform operations.

Expanding Utility Across the Ecosystem

Pi apps on the platform already integrate with Pi Network's broader infrastructure, including global payments, Pi Wallet, Pi Ad Network, and social network access. The platform's first-week traction was entirely organic, with Pioneers discovering and engaging with CiDi Games without promotion from Pi's official accounts, a signal the project points to as evidence of genuine product-market fit.

According to CiDi Games, additional titles and platform features will continue to roll out in future development phases. The addition of Coin Whack, Fruit Stack, Gemnova, and RainbowCubes is the latest step in that expansion.
