12 Tokens Cut from Binance Alpha on May 29

Binance Alpha has announced it will remove 12 tokens from its featured platform on May 29, 2026 at 6:00 UTC. The affected assets include DIGI, K, SKI, JOJO, HIPPO, PAL, and BNBXBT, among others. Binance confirmed that users will still be able to withdraw or sell the tokens after their removal from the platform.

The move is consistent with Binance Alpha's ongoing review process. Binance has previously stated that tokens removed from Alpha "do not adhere to Binance Alpha's standards," without providing a separate reason for each individual project.

What Is Binance Alpha and Why Does It Delist?

Binance Alpha was launched in late 2024 within the Binance Wallet to showcase Web3 projects being considered for full exchange listings, and it conducts regular evaluations to protect users. The channel is used for early-stage tokens, which can carry more trading risk than larger listed assets, and Binance has warned that Alpha tokens may face "higher than normal risk" and can see high price swings.

Factors that commonly contribute to a delisting decision include low trading volume and liquidity, project inactivity or a lack of development progress, and regulatory concerns that may pose compliance risks in certain jurisdictions.

For traders, removal from the Alpha featured list may reduce visibility and weaken short-term demand, especially for smaller assets with thin liquidity. Holders of the affected tokens should review the official Binance announcement for the exact cutoff schedule and consider their options before the deadline.
