Verasity has rolled out a series of notable updates in late July and early August 2025, ranging from new VeraWallet features to exchange campaigns and strategic partnerships.
The most impactful change for everyday users is the launch of a fiat off-ramp in VeraWallet, allowing VRA token holders to withdraw directly to their bank accounts or cards. Other developments include Verasity’s integration with Binance Alpha, a major VRA airdrop, and a partnership with luxury automotive platform CryptoAutos.
VeraWallet Adds Fiat Off-Ramp
On July 30, Verasity introduced a fiat off-ramp to its native VeraWallet, enabling users to convert VRA tokens into traditional currencies like USD, EUR, and GBP without leaving the wallet. This feature is powered by Paybis, a crypto–fiat gateway provider.
Previously, VeraWallet only supported on-ramps, letting users purchase VRA via card or bank transfer. The new update completes the cycle—users can now buy, stake, hold, and cash out in one platform.
The off-ramp currently supports only the ERC-777 VRA token standard (VRA-ETH). Holders of BEP-20 VRA (VRA-BSC) will need to convert to ERC-777 before using the service.
How the Off-Ramp Works
To withdraw VRA to fiat through VeraWallet:
- Tap Withdraw and choose Withdraw with Paybis
- Complete KYC verification
- Select the withdrawal amount and target fiat currency
- Choose a bank account or card
- Confirm the transaction
Funds typically arrive within minutes, depending on the payment method and verification status.
VeraWallet Overview and Security
VeraWallet has over 350,000 users as of August 2025. Its core functions include:
- 15% annual VRA staking rewards
- ERC-777 VRA support
- Buy, deposit, and swap VRA via card or bank
- Quick account setup in under 5 minutes
The off-ramp integrates Paybis with KYC compliance and AML checks. Security measures include cold storage, user-controlled access, and cyber attack insurance.
By allowing direct fiat withdrawals, VeraWallet reduces reliance on centralized exchanges for cashing out and cuts down on transaction steps and gas fees. However, cross-chain users with BEP-20 VRA will need to wait for future support.
Verasity Joins Binance Alpha
On July 27, Verasity went cross-chain to BNB Chain, coinciding with Binance launching a 32,238 VRA airdrop and a 960 million VRA trading challenge on its Alpha platform.
BNB Chain’s June Maxwell hard fork improved speed by reducing block time to 0.8 seconds and finality to under two seconds. Binance Alpha acts as a discovery platform for early-stage crypto projects, often before full Binance listings.
The Binance-hosted VRA competition ran from July 27, 2025, 08:00 UTC to August 10, 2025, 08:00 UTC, offering 960,000,000 VRA in rewards to the top 15,000 traders. Rewards of 64,000 VRA per top trader will be distributed by August 24, 2025
Partnership with CryptoAutos
On July 22, Verasity partnered with CryptoAutos, a luxury automotive platform in Dubai with a $20 million fleet of high-end cars. CryptoAutos offers fractional ownership and rental income opportunities through smart contracts.
The collaboration will explore integrating Verasity’s Proof of View (PoV) technology into car-related video content, ensuring genuine engagement and fraud-free ad monetization.
BEP-20 “Hold & Win” Event
On August 3, Verasity announced a BEP-20 VRA “Hold & Win” campaign. Holders of more than 15,000 BEP-20 VRA (or over $15 equivalent) in Binance Wallet who also have a VeraWallet account will qualify for rewards, with details to be revealed at the event’s conclusion.
PancakeSwap Trading Campaign
From August 7, 2025, 11:00 UTC to August 31, 2025, 23:59 UTC, PancakeSwap is running a trading campaign featuring VRA and five other tokens. The campaign offers a ~$300,000 reward pool, including 38,461,536 VRA, distributed through a lucky draw for traders meeting a $2,000 minimum trading volume.
Conclusion
Verasity’s recent updates strengthen both user experience and market presence. The VeraWallet off-ramp offers a streamlined path from VRA to fiat. Integration with Binance Alpha and campaigns on PancakeSwap expand exposure, while the CryptoAutos partnership extends Verasity’s reach into real-world asset applications. Together, these developments enhance the VRA ecosystem’s capabilities in custody, liquidity, and practical blockchain use.
