$11.5B Moved Across cBridge

Celer Network marked a significant milestone, surpassing $11.5 billion in total cross-chain transactions via its cBridge protocol.

Launched in July 2021, cBridge provides connections among more than a dozen blockchains, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Ethereum layer-two chains, etc. Its one-month volume of $314 million puts cBridge in the top 10 bridges, according to DefiLlama.

In addition to cBridge, Celer’s other main products include Inter-Chain Messaging (Celer IM) framework and Layer2.Finance. Celer continues to forge relationships with projects and blockchains throughout the crypto universe.

For example, it was recently announced that Celer is being deployed on the new layer-one chain Sei Network.

And in mid-November, dominant BNB Chain Decentralized Exchange (DEX) PancakeSwap implemented Celer IM to enable cross-chain liquidity farming across BNB Chain, Ethereum and Aptos Network.

In terms of Total Value Locked (TVL), PancakeSwap is currently the No. 3 DEX on Aptos, but in the past 30 days, its TVL has grown by more than 50%, while all the other top DEXes on Aptos have experienced double-digit declines in TVL in the past month, according to DefiLlama.
