Arbitrum Recovers $70.9m From Kelpdao Exploiter

Arbitrum's Security Council has seized 30,766 $ETH linked to the KelpDAO exploit, moving the funds to a secure intermediary wallet valued at over $70 million.

The council said the action was taken in coordination with law enforcement agencies, and confirmed that the exploiter no longer has access to the assets.

Any future movement of the recovered funds will require governance approval, according to the council.
