Chainlink Powers Tokenization For Openassets
Digital asset infrastructure provider @OpenAssetsInc has formed a strategic partnership with @Chainlink to support the issuance and distribution of institutional tokenized assets.
@OpenAssetsInc offers institutions a modular, protocol-agnostic and asset-agnostic white-label platform, allowing clients to launch tailored, proprietary tokenization platforms without building core infrastructure from scratch.
The integration draws on a suite of $LINK-powered tools: the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), the Digital Transfer Agent (DTA) technical standard, NAVLink, and Price Feeds. Together, these components deliver the secure data connectivity, cross-chain interoperability, workflow orchestration, and legacy system integration that institutional-grade operations require.
The deal arrives as tokenization of real-world assets gains momentum across traditional finance. According to research from McKinsey & Company, tokenized financial assets could reach $2 trillion by 2030, driven by demand for greater liquidity, faster settlement, and broader access to capital markets.
For @OpenAssetsInc and @Chainlink, the partnership reflects a broader shift as financial institutions look to modernize their infrastructure ahead of a generational wealth transfer, and a new class of investors pushes for more flexible, digitally native investment options.
