Head Chef Jared Grey said SushiSwap plans to roll out concentrated liquidity to more networks than anyone, faster than anyone.
The expiration of Uniswap V3’s business use license portends a flood of concentrated liquidity protocols into the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) space. SushiSwap’s strategy to distinguish itself in the V3 Battle Royale is to roll out SushiSwap V3 to as many chains as possible, as quickly as possible.
Sushi Head Chef Jared Grey posted a Twitter thread outlining their vision, a few hours after blockchain analytics platform DefiLlama let the SushiSwap V3 cat out of the bag.
According to DefiLlama, SushiSwap V3 is one of three early forks of Uniswap V3, along with PancakeSwap V3 on BNB Chain and Ethereum, and Maia V3 on Metis.
DefiLlama is already tracking SushiSwap V3 on four blockchains, including Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism and Ethereum.
Grey said an expansionary blitz is coming, enabled by the “most robust multinetwork DEX infrastructure” in crypto.
He said, “Ultimately, Sushi will make concentrated liquidity available to the most extensive offering of ecosystems & help provide immediate availability of CL to LPs on the most networks.”
