PiBridge staking is live, rewarding users Wrapped Pi for staking in PiB farm.
PiBridge staking is now active. Users can now stake the protocol’s native PiB tokens and earn Wrapped Pi ($WPI).
Staking on PiBridge went live on January 6th at 13:00 UTC. The decentralized all-in-one financial platform notified users about the feature through Twitter. PiBridge displayed the mouthwatering Annual Percentage Rate (APR) in the announcement tweet and on Telegram.
Two farms are currently available on the PiBridge dApp: PiB and BUSD-PiB LP. Users can either stake PiB or BUSD-PiB Liquidity Pool to earn WPi, and both farms will last for three months from January 6th, according to the team’s announcement on Telegram.
The amount of WPI rewards users receive depends on the amount of Liquidity Pool or PIB staked. Therefore, the more PIB or BUSD-PIB LP staked, the more WPI rewarded. As of writing, PiB farm’s APR is at 786,000+ percent with a Total Value Locked (TVL) of $11,940. However, it is also important to note that APRs decrease with increasing TVL.
Refer to the PiBridge Telegram Announcement for more information.
