Tanzanian Stablecoin $Ntzs Goes Live On Base

Tanzania has officially launched $nTZS, the first regulated digital currency pegged 1:1 to the Tanzanian Shilling on the @Base network.
The asset provides 63 million mobile money holders with three-second settlement and a native yield of 9% to 12% backed by Bank of Tanzania T-bills.
This programmable infrastructure enables automated global remittances, payroll, and trade finance to execute without legacy banking friction.
$nTZS is now live and accessible worldwide, transitioning a sovereign currency into a high-utility on-chain asset.
