Clarity Act Sees 'Nervous Optimism' As Talks Move Forward
Sentiment around the CLARITY Act is cautiously positive, according to @Chainlink's Head of Public Policy, Adam Minehardt (@adam_minehardt).
In an interview with Milk Road, Minehardt described the current mood as “nervous optimism” among industry participants.
There is growing belief that an agreement could soon be reached.
However, lawmakers are debating whether exchanges should be allowed to pay yield to users. This point has become the central roadblock in finalizing the bill.
