Securitize Appoints Former Sec Official As President Ahead Of Ipo
@Securitize is appointing former SEC and JPMorgan executive Brett Redfearn as its new President and board member.
The strategic hire comes as the firm officially prepares to transition into a publicly traded company.
Redfearn brings a deep background in global market structure, having previously served as the SEC’s Head of Trading and Markets and as the Head of Capital Markets at @Coinbase.
