Polygon Payments Are About To Become Smoother Than Ever
@0xPolygon has announced that the Giugliano hardfork goes live on mainnet April 8, 2026, at block 85,268,500 (~2 PM UTC).
This upgrade promises to deliver faster transaction finality, earlier block announcements, embedded fee data, and improved RPC support, making payments smoother than ever.
The countdown is live, and the protocol has urged all node operators to upgrade to "Bor to v2.7.0 (or Erigon to v3.5.0)."
